Job Description
- Develop a monthly project schedule and resource plan, including materials, equipment, and manpower allocation, at the start of each month.
- Formulate construction methodologies for the projects and ensure that construction activities adhere to the established plans on-site.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of design, drawings, and other pertinent documents provided by clients.
- Ensure that all on-site activities conform to the 'Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Works' published by the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport in Nepal.
- Provide project activity updates to senior staff.
- Offer technical support and guidance to the project team as needed to address challenges and maintain project quality.
- Verify the accuracy of payment certificates, price escalation calculations, and variation orders prepared by site engineers.
- Act as a representative of the firm in meetings and discussions with clients, stakeholders, and other project-related parties.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders to address any project-related issues promptly.
- Maintain meticulous records of official project documents for future reference and auditing purposes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and address any on-site concerns.
- Create contract documents for tender bids and possess a strong understanding of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO).
