Experience: 10 + Years in Software Development, Product Development.
Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership:
- Develop and communicate the company’s overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Select Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals.
Product Development:
- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Technical Strategy:
- Identify technological innovation and differentiation opportunities, recommending and implementing appropriate technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Selection Process:
The selection process will be held in multiple stages
- F2F discussion will be conducted in first stage and at least 3 to 4 rounds of further meetings.

- Fixed Component: Nominal Fixed salary
- Variable Component: % of Sales Generated from the business will be shared with CTO.
