Job Description:

• Lead IT team and support IT Heads on their day-to-day operations and projects
• Accountable to develop goals and long/short term strategies to ensure IT departments run smoothly and effectively
• Oversee company's data, security, maintenance, and the network and implement company's technical strategy
• Manage the company's technological roadmap ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs
• Develop IT budget in line with Company’s strategic goals,
• Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services / enhancement
• Oversee and ensure maintenance and implementation of IT and IS Policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at NePS
• Represent IT department and provide updates in Management/Board meetings, represent NePS in external forums with regards to IT
• Provide leadership to IT team and other staff within the company
• Enhance team engagement and development among the members
• Prepare succession plan and identify successor for each position
• Lead/Oversee department/strategic projects as assigned by CEO.
