Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets identifying market opportunities, potential customers, and areas for expansion within Kathmandu Valley.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and dealers addressing inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies also providing market insights and feedback to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute product promotions and launches ensuring effective product merchandising and visibility in retail outlets.
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market updates, and competitor analysis analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and market data.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in sales and marketing to achieve common goals.
- Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to sales representatives or field staff, if applicable.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the computer technology.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Kathmandu Valley.
- Guide the staffs of two branches within the Kathmandu Valley.
