Required Qualification;

• Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing, and inspiring a team of professionals
• At least 10 years’ experience in capital market, domestic/ international banks or financial institutions, of which a minimum of five years should be at senior management level having headed multiple functions/ divisions/ business verticals. Experience in merchant banking, broker house, securities dealer, market maker, treasury in commercial banks as additional advantage.
• At least a Master’s Degree from a recognized university or CA/CFA/ACCA qualifed from recognized institute
• Extensive knowledge of domestic as well as international merchant banking practices and regulations. Ability to set up best business practices and culture to translate vision in to behavior inside organization.
• Age not exceeding 45 years as on 4th June 2023.

All candidates must be proficient in written/spoken Nepali and English language and be a computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications. Candidates are expected to have smart and pleasant personality, be articulate with superior interpersonal skills and desire to excel. The candidates must have positive attitude and be a team player but be able to work independently and take initiatives.
