Experience required:
Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial positions with expertise in digital banking, treasury, and remittance sectors.

Qualification:

• Masters in Business Administration or Chartered Accountant or any other equivalent qualification.
• Possess at leaest 15 years of experience in banks or large financial institutions at the management level.
• Possess proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals.

Specific requirement:

• Strong understanding of digital banking, treasury, and corporate finance.
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as performance management, marketing, business development, finance, etc.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Possess extensive knowledge of domestic as well as international banking regulations and best practices.
• Be highly confident, dynamic, pragmatic, and visionary.
• Be able to achieve consistent and sound business growth.
• Possess the ability to anticipate trends, capitalize on new opportunities as they arise, think strategically, and communicate effectively.
• Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizing, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be able to define targets and make sure they are successfully attained through the use of a target-based working paradigm.
