Qualification:
a) Master’s degree graduate in Chartered accountancy or commerce, banking, finance, economics, account, statistics, maths, market administration, public administration or law subject.
b) Training and experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience as manager or higher position in any bank or financial institution. Special preference to candidates with experience in laghubitta bittiya sanstha
c) Age: Not exceeding 40 to 60 years
d) Selection process: Market plan, presentation and interview
