Other Specification:

• Graduate in Electrical /  Mechanical / Marine Engineering
• At least 7 to 10 years of experience in the related field with two years of experience at a senior position or Department Head in a 5 Star Hotel or similar industry.

Job Description:

• The candidate will be responsible for handling entire engineering operation of the hotel.
• The candidate will also be responsible for the operation of equipment, maintenance/repair services and preventive maintenance. 
• The candidate will be accountable for maintaining the building and grounds with particular attention towards safety, security and property/asset protection.
• The candidate will be able lead minor projects related to renovation and modification.
• The candidate should be able for implementing cost control measures to minimize property operation and maintenance cost.
