Job Specification
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Continental Chef
- Preferably BHM graduate
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Solid knowledge of French cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
