Qualifications / Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is required, along with 2+ years of work experience as a Chef De Partie (CDP) or in a similar role. Professional certification in Hotel Management will be preferred. Candidate should be a customer-oriented with a good knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing and cooking food according to the recipes and standards set by the head chef or sous chef.
- Responsible for managing & maintaining their station, including organizing ingredients equipment & tools.
- Responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety & hygiene.
- Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis.
