Job Description:

• Monitoring surveillance systems ensuring all cameras are functioning correctly and have clear visibility. Detect and respond to any suspicious or unauthorized activities.
• Staying focused and proactive while monitoring live video feeds from CCTV cameras. Reporting immediately if any suspicious activities are detected.
• Assessing the situation, and take appropriate actions, which include contacting law enforcement or security personnel.
• Preparing and reporting incident reports, activities, and observations in a clear and concise manner with details of the event, time, and location.
• Maintaining communication with security personnel, law enforcement, and other relevant parties as necessary.
• Coordinating with other security personnel and teams to ensure a cohesive security strategy.
• Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of the company.
