Job Station: Mirchaiya, Factory

Minimum Qualification: Minimum bachelor degree.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 year experience in kiln operation.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

• Proper supervision and operation of Kilns in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor and control temperature, pressure, and other process parameters.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot potential operating problems, either in consultation with Shift Coordinators, Engineers, and the Section Head or independently when immediate action is necessary to ensure production resumes.

Working Conditions:

• Kiln Operators often work in industrial settings, which may include exposure to high temperatures, dust and noise.
• They may need to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on the requirement.
