- Respond to phone queries about the services we offer and the positions we have available.
- Create and sustain positive customer connections.

- Report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Managing consumer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure that all client problems are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Excellent English writing.
- Excellent English, Nepali, and Hindi communication skills.
- More than a year of experience is required.
- Individuals must be highly organized and excellent time managers to execute critical activities within project or task deadlines.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities (English, Nepali, Maithili, and Hindi).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- English Typing and Speaking, Communication skills, Problem Solving, Interpersonal.
