Competencies and qualifications required:

• Very good understanding of the local labour market situation and human resource needs
• Excellent business and entrepreneurship skills
• Good working skills on partnership building and relationship management, communication and negotiation, teamwork and motivation, network building and facilitation
• Experience working with girls and young women aged 18-24 years
• Very good command over English and Nepali languages, both in writing and speaking
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with at least two years’ experience in relevant field.

Salary for all the positions will be based on the proven track record of experience, achievements and qualification.
