Job Description:

• Extract and organize data, conduct data analysis, and derive strategic insights on tight deadlines to provide information to business stakeholders and senior management
• Translate business requirements received to technical specifications and provide insights for data-centric decision-making
• Understand and improve functional data requirements to create a data-centric performance review process
• Lead all the traffic data and insights initiatives for sub-departments under Traffic Operations
• Provide the data analytics and insights for the Campaign & Onsite operations
• In-charge of routine and ad-hoc data request
• Ensure data quality by performing data validation, basic analysis and trouble-shooting
• Generate insights and business opportunities from data by performing trend analysis
• Work closely with the business teams to deep dive on issues and opportunities for strategic decisions
• Identify improvement areas in data centric delivery; automating manual processes wherever possible.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative subject (business intelligence, data science, mathematics, quantitative finance, computer science or engineering Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills (R or Python is a bonus)
• At least two years of experience with data analysis with a proven track record of delivering rigorous, insightful, and actionable analysis
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with the flexibility to adapt to changing scope and evolving business requirements
• Fluent in communicating in English and Nepali Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with different stakeholders across various business environments successfully and cultures
• Go-getter attitude willing to immerse themselves in the business, with a proactive approach to getting things done.
