• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a software company
• Bachelor's degree in business development  or IT,  accounting, marketing, or related field
• Proven experience working as a Sales officer or similar role
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to travel as needed
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
• Encouraging new and existing clients by creating the improved proposal
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
• Meeting the potential client to present company offerings and negotiate business deals
• Recruiting, training and guiding business development staff
• Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services
• Generate sales presentations as well as guide the junior staff
• Response to all issues with prompt attention
• Eager to travel to meet with clients and generate new connections and links.
