We are seeking to recruit Business Development officer who will be responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements:

• Experience: At least 3 years’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative, Management, or relevant field. Specialization in Marketing is highly preferable.
• Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all field based activities.
• Proficiency in written and speaking English Language
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and organize
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite and previous experience using other marketing software (Dynamics, Excel, CRM)
• Team player 
• Strategic vision and strong business acumen
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Should be flexible and able to handle work pressure.
• Should have a pleasant and outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
• A valid driving license.

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension.

Job Description

• Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns
• Analyse research to target the best consumer and maximize reach
• Identify, study, and test market patterns and trends
• Research market potentials
• Produce marketing materials, plan and coordinate marketing activities, to support research projects and overall marketing strategy
• Coordinate all activities with relevant collaborating institutions
• Develop, implement and manage relevant marketing standard operating procedures (style guides, website, events, social media etc)
• Build and maintain key contacts and networks
• Track media coverage
• Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

You shall also be assigned to other tasks within your qualifications as per project requirements and work load.

Reporting:  you will be reporting to Project Coordinator.
