Job Description ->Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships - or new ways of reaching existing markets. ->Foster and develop relationships with clients by understanding the needs of clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these. ->Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and helping the management team in setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business and increase sales. ->Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes. ->Draw up client contracts according to the clients and company requirement. ->Plan and discuss promotional strategy and activities with the SMS, Digital Marketing and Setbot department. ->Develop the business sales and marketing strategy and sales campaign for all departments ->Ensure that the development plans and strategies are executed effectively. ->Prepare and Present Report to the management team after the succession of each and every strategic plan or campaigns. ->Carry out sales forecasts, analysis and present your findings to the management team. ->Developing quotes and proposals for clients when required. ->Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate. ->Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. ->Perform Ad-Hoc Duties as requested by the management team. ->Make sure, all the management decisions are followed by and management has full right to change any of the details associated with JD provided as per company as and after.
