- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors analyzing data and industry insights to develop informed business strategies.
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, qualifying leads and convert them into prospects for business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives collaborating with clients to customize solutions that meet their business requirements.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals to potential clients, negotiating contract terms and conditions to secure new business agreements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective business development strategies driving revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional connections represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and progress against targets.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize business development strategies.
Job Specification

- Proven 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
