Other Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any specialization
• Excellent English (Oral & Written)
• 2-3 years of Experience in Marketing, Preferably in Outsourcing Industry and Call Center
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Identify and target potential clients
• Contact potential clients through phone, email, or in-person meetings
• Pitch our services and explain our company’s unique value proposition
• Achieve sales targets and meet deadlines
• Basic Computer Skill.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach potential clients
• Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with the team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns
• Ability to generate leads and acquire new clients
• Experience in marketing and sales preferred
• Comfortable with making cold calls
• Can work on an hourly basis.
