Job Description

  • Strategy development: Plan, develop, and execute a growth strategy focused on a customer needs combined with strategic and revenue targets.
  • Market analysis & Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Identify and research potential clients through different mediums including extensive field visits, phone calls, email, networking, references, etc.
  • Business Development & Networking: Actively grow our clientele base by pitching our recyclable and electronic waste management services at a B2B level including service features and benefits.
  • Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand loyalty with existing customers. Improve our service delivery by getting regular feedback from clients and incorporating changes in the existing system.
  • Tender Acquisition: Apply and secure tenders and asset disposal calls from the government, corporations, and institutions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, process and analyse data to create effective business development plans, track progress and gain a competitive advantage in the market.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Previous working experience as a Business development executive, sales executive, or any other relevant role.
  • Must have own two-wheeler and two-wheeler license. Should be able to travel as needed.
