Job Description:
- Support the team with general business administration including data entry and analysis,
- Assist with report production, checking and delivery via email to clients
- Be aware of the time and deadline for project components, in order to deliver information and services to the colleagues and client within the agreed timeline.
- Manage flexible energy contracts for our clients and build bespoke financial reports for clients.
- Interpret data in a methodical manner to produce quality reports simple enough to be understood by clients.
- Learn various online systems and software, so as to deliver the required information to clients, colleagues and industry Regulators.
- Lending a hand to other team members during times of high workload.
- This position will require some shift work including a Rota for weekend working.
Additional Skills desired:
- Accountancy or Bookkeeping experience using proprietary software.
- Knowledge of calculating and preparing monthly payslips would be an advantage
- IT Competent (ideally with M365 and SharePoint) and have the ability to assist other IT users.
Qualifications and Qualities:
- A formal college-based education and possible under-graduate in any relevant discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience of handling administrative related tasks,
- Strong quantitative, writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Able to communicate in clear English language to external people in an approachable manner.
