Job Description:

The job incumbent will be responsible for the building, management, and growth of specific brands or a portfolio of brands. A Brand Executive implements plans and initiatives relating to the brand, customer experience, and loyalty in order to drive the organization & brand equity. He/She is also responsible for conducting market research activities to forecast emerging market needs that are relevant to the organization.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with ATL, Media, Digital and Public Relations agencies, external media partners, and suppliers to drive smooth integration and execution of plans to meet campaigns’ objectives and deliverables
  • Analyzing & reviewing market response/requirements and strategizing product plans for accomplishing business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and development that may impact offline marketing activities.
  • Monitor market share performance of the brand across various markets and implement area-specific plans
  • Monitoring and analyzing a brand and competitors’ performance to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats
  • Assist Brand Manager in creating brand positioning platforms and generation of effective communication plan
  • Assist Brand Manager in developing new categories within the brand along with NPD responsibilities, collateral materials for ATL, BTL activities, Product mix
  • Assist Brand Manager in developing annual brand plans in partnership with the sales and Trade Marketing teams
  • Media Planning
  • Execute annual brand marketing plan effectively.
