• Analyze brand positioning and report performance with measurable indicators.
• Implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
• Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
• Overseeing the production of advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Building brand awareness and brand image
• Measuring and reporting on campaign performance
• Collaborate and coordinate with teams within the organization
• Ensuring that communication and marketing activities are aligned with brand values.
• Collaborate and coordinate with creative agencies, production houses, and other 3rd parties.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Trading company.
• Bachelor’s degree graduates can apply.
• Must be a team player, collaborative, proactive, and flexible
• Positive and learning attitude,
• Willingness to travel outside Kathmandu as and when required
• Strong communication skills verbal & written in Nepali and English,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
