  • In-depth understanding of Brands, beauty, wellness, and grooming trends, as well as a strong grasp of consumer behavior within the industry.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans that drive brand growth and market share.
  • Strong creative mindset to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging across various channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership skills to guide and inspire the marketing team, influence stakeholders, and manage external agencies and partners.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve strategies.

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall goals, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all products and channels.
  • Plan and oversee the successful launch of new Perfumes, Skincare and Cosmetics including market analysis, competitive research, and defining unique selling propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all aspects of the business.
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and adaptation of brand strategies.
  • Manage the brand's marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different campaigns, initiatives, and projects while ensuring optimal ROI.
