• Candidates must have a minimum Master’s degree in Management from a recognized university.
• At least 5 years of banking experience in Credit and Operation functions in Banks/FN.
• Proficiency in Sales, and Marketing skills.
•  Excellent communication and Leadership Skills.
• Age: Not exceeding 40 years.

Other Required Skills

1. The applicant must be a Nepali Citizen.
2. Well-versed with MS Office tools and the ability to use various financial models.
3. Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
5. Ability to complete tasks timely and independently with minimal work supervision.
6. Excellent organizing and documentation skills.
7. Must have 2 wheeler driving license.
