Level: Officer/Assistant
Other/academic qualification:
Assistant: Certificate level/10+2 (intermediate) or equivalent pass with 2 years of work experience in microfinance institution.
Junior Assistant: SEE or equivalent pass with 1 year of work experience in microfinance institution.
Management Trainee: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management
Trainee Assistant: Minimum SEE or equivalent pass.
Age: Managerial level: Not exceeding 21 to 45 years, Officer Level: Not exceeding 21 to 40 years and Assistant Level: Not exceeding 18 to 35 years. (Additional 5 years for in upper age limit for female candidates)
Other: Preference to candidates able to drive motorcycle
