• Graduate of Architecture 
• Strong technical skills using the latest AutoCAD and Revit software with proven ability to run models and perform clash  
• detection 
• At least 12 months of experience creating BIM models (Architectural, MEP) in Revit 
• With at least 2 years of related work experience. 
• Accuracy and high attention to detail 
• Must be willing to support, guide and encourage knowledge-sharing with other team members 
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with other team members 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines 
• Required knowledge of the process of design, development, and design documentation 
• Quality-driven, accurate and efficient, and works well with minimum supervision 
• Additional Design and site-based experience is an advantage 
• Good English communication Skills.

Job Description:

• The BIM/Revit Architect will be a key member of our CAD/BIM team and will be responsible for Developing 2D & 3D models using Revit & AutoCAD 
• Modeling Revit models (Architecture and MEP) from 2D or 3D inputs with specific procedures and requirements 
• Applying the relevant BIM Standards, BIM Templates and Process 
• Applying BIM process, building regulations, detailing and construction methods from the UK, US, Middle East, Australia, or New  Zealand where applicable in the CAD/BIM models 
• Revising and updating Revit and CAD drawings as required 
• Adjusting existing Revit models (Architecture and MEP) with specific procedures and requirements 
• Ensuring the quality of outputs created by other team members by conducting quality checks of Revit and CAD models 
• Train new team members on using Revit and CAD, BIM process,standards, procedures and requirements.
