Job Description:

• Keep an eye out for VIPs or visitors with special needs on the daily arrival list.
• should be available to help visitors, coworkers, and guests when needed by being at the concierge/reception desk or in the lobby.
• Assure prompt, effective collection and delivery of guest equipment and luggage.
• Return the identification slips to the visitors after tagging the luggage.
• helping visitors carry their luggage to the front desk.
• accompanies guests to rooms and places their bags in the space designated by the front desk.
• checks the guest room for organization and sufficient supplies, and informs visitors of the amenities
• sends flowers, presents, and notes to offices and hotel rooms.
• Assure prompt delivery and pickup of group luggage.
• Make sure the visitor has confirmed that all of their luggage has been accounted for.

Job Specification:

• Education Level: SLC/SEE/Intermediate
• Work Experience: 1 year in same post.
