Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve drinks, including beer, wine, and cocktails
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and promote specials to customers
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure customers are not over-served
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Report: Daily, Weekly, Monthly.
Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1+ years of bartending experience in a similar setting.
Required Competencies:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
