Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems and APIs using Django and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide accurate estimations for development efforts.
• Write high-quality, testable, effective, and reusable code
• Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues, identifying and implementing timely solutions.
• Implement security and data protection best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 2+ years of backend development experience (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer, specializing in Django and Python, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Experience in database integration, data migration, transformation, and scripting is a plus.
