Job Description: To effectively manage team members, supporting In-charge, supervisors, advisors, and technicians to ensure team objectives and achieve goal settings. To offer exemplary customer service experience, maintain customer relationships, and ensure the satisfaction of customers by upselling products and services. To train and set up service desk, manage service desk team members, and evaluate desk efficiency. To monitor departmental issues and customer complaints to define patterns and work to lessen the recurring issues. To ensure employee motivation and perform in-house training and development. To maintain effective and efficient communication with the sales and spares department. To report planning and forecasting of service to the corporate service team and be a part of the service development team. To maintain all warranty claims and assist all charges and coordinate with the spares team for the proper maintenance To ensure all the KPIs are met with high operational efficiency and productivity
