• Brand awareness and SMEC cultural development
• Implementing SMEC’s Strategic Plan and individual business unit plan
• Quality, professionalism, technical innovation and excellence
• Project delivery to meet client’s Terms of Reference (TOR)
• Development of networks and contribution to team goals, and building of client database
• Reporting to meet project and internal requirements
• Technical support.

Specific Experience:

• Sound technical knowledge with design and drawings
• Demonstrated ability to successfully undertake and deliver client’s TOR
• 3.4 years’ experience in the related field.

PRIMARY POSITION PURPOSE

• Preparation of Detailed Design Drawings

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

(List Key Responsibilities that are relevant to this Position; attach/include project schedule and/or other relevant addendum where applicable):

Preparation of the following Drawings:

• Barrage Drawings
• Powerhouse Drawings
• Foundation Drawings
• River training Drawings
• Retaining structures Drawings
• Infrastructures Drawings(Road and camp Facilities)
• Any Other drawings instructed by Team Leader/ Engineers

 KEY CHALLENGES:

• Maintain a consistent high quality of work
• Ability to deliver project terms of reference (TOR)
• Establish and build strong team relationship 
• Contribute to the achievement of SMEC Strategic Plan and business plans
• Ability to meet project deadline and budget.
