- Brand awareness and SMEC cultural development
- Implementing SMEC’s Strategic Plan and individual business unit plan
- Quality, professionalism, technical innovation and excellence
- Project delivery to meet client’s Terms of Reference (TOR)
- Development of networks and contribution to team goals, and building of client database
- Reporting to meet project and internal requirements
- Technical support.
Specific Experience:
- Sound technical knowledge with design and drawings
- Demonstrated ability to successfully undertake and deliver client’s TOR
- 3.4 years’ experience in the related field.

PRIMARY POSITION PURPOSE

- Preparation of Detailed Design Drawings
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation of the following Drawings:
- Barrage Drawings
- Powerhouse Drawings
- Foundation Drawings
- River training Drawings
- Retaining structures Drawings
- Infrastructures Drawings(Road and camp Facilities)
- Any Other drawings instructed by Team Leader/ Engineers
KEY CHALLENGES:
- Maintain a consistent high quality of work
- Ability to deliver project terms of reference (TOR)
- Establish and build strong team relationship
- Contribute to the achievement of SMEC Strategic Plan and business plans
- Ability to meet project deadline and budget.
