Job role: As an Associate HR Consultant, you will be providing HR consultation as well as recruitment services to clients, as and when needed.  Visit clients to carry out Gap analysis.  Verification of existing process/documentation.  Provide consultation and documents based on the problems determined.  Provide HR recruitment services as and when needed by the client.  Create project reports and provide presentations.
