Job Description:

• Collaborate with the company and clients to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
• Support the development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
• Participate in information gathering and analysis sessions, owning specific areas of responsibility
• Elicit, translate, and simplify requirements to ensure effective communication between stakeholders
• Contribute to systems design by developing data dictionaries, data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, and other detailed deliverables
• Collaborate with the implementation team to facilitate design sessions and define optimal solutions
• Identify, document, and communicate issues and risks, proposing timely mitigation strategies
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed to communicate findings and recommendations
• Analyze the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems, ensuring they meet user needs
• Stay updated on the latest process and IT advancements to identify opportunities for automation and system modernization
