Job Description:
- Responsible for overall performance of Onsite service field support
- Develop and maintain strong monitoring and reporting system to evaluate the performance of Onsite team/ vendor
- Maintain inter department coordination to resolve issues
- Diagnose and maintain troubleshooting mechanism to escalate information according to structured protocol
- Involve in documentation and instant resolution of issues
- Train, motivate, and lead team to achieve set objectives and targets
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
