Job Description:
- Ensure that targets as assigned or Budget are met.
- Prepare credit proposals in compliance with credit policy and ensure safe, secured and quality loan portfolio that contributes to the profitability and growth of the Bank.
- Provide excellent service to Customers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key existing & prospective customers
- Identify potential customers by identifying profitable lending outlets.
- Analyze potential loan markets and identify new customers.
- Market Bank products to individuals and firms, promoting Bank services that meet borrower’s needs.
- Identify potential customers and meet existing or new corporate clients in order to build up customer relationship.
- Monitoring Credit Facilities viz Covenants, follow ups, site inspections and recoveries.
