- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Train and supervise production staff
- Develop and implement production schedules
- Troubleshoot and resolve production problems
- Oversee the maintenance of production equipment
- laborate with various departments to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in pharmaceutical science
- 4-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (WHO-GMP, ISO etc.)
- NPC Registration.
