Academic Qualification: Master’s degree in Health Care/ Hospital Management or any related field. Higher professional qualifications in Health Care Management or Quality management is an additional advantage.

Experience: Minimum 6 years plus proven track record of previous work experience in a similar role is essential. Quality management, utilization or risk management areas or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical competencies:

•  Strong level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of materials and information handled.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, carry out work assignments independently and efficiently and have the ability to work independently and be self-directed and flexible
• Must be able to make suggestions on workflow or system efficiency and effectiveness
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High level of analytical and auditing skills with proficiency in SPSS and MS Excel
• Understanding of policy, planning, and strategy.
