Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Master’s Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and development with ability to build rapport with employees and vendors, proven people management skills, and have knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated talent/performance/learning reports, training need assessment reports dashboards and ensures TMS data is leveraged within the organization.
- Manage co-ordination and effective delivery of Company training programs in support of strategic objectives
- Actively assist in the communication, alignment and implementation of learning and development related initiatives across the Division, in support of business goals and strategic objectives.
- Evaluate current training vendors for continued suitability, initiate and maintain relationships with all required vendors to meet Overall Nepal unit training needs.
