Qualifications / Skills

Minimum Master’s Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and development with ability to build rapport with employees and vendors, proven people management skills, and have knowledge of effective learning and development methods.

Responsibilities

1. Develop integrated talent/performance/learning reports, training need assessment reports dashboards and ensures TMS data is leveraged within the organization.
2. Manage co-ordination and effective delivery of Company training programs in support of strategic objectives
3. Actively assist in the communication, alignment and implementation of learning and development related initiatives across the Division, in support of business goals and strategic objectives.
4. Evaluate current training vendors for continued suitability, initiate and maintain relationships with all required vendors to meet Overall Nepal unit training needs.
