Advertisement No. 15/2080 Assistant Director (Commercial Law)- Officer III- Administration

1. Minimum educational qualification required: Should have passed a Master's Degree in Law from a recognized university or passed a Master's Degree in Economics or Management or Public Administration and passed a Bachelor's Degree in Law.

2. Basis of inclusiveness: Candidates who fill out the form towards the inclusive group should be tribal/tribal, Madhesi, Dalit, disabled and P.K. A certificate issued by the relevant agency must be submitted.

3. Salaries, allowances, and facilities: It will be according to the rules of the bank.

4. Candidate's age:

a) Must be 21 years old and not more than 35 years old by the last date of application for the post of Assistant Director (2080/9/26). Application in case of female candidates. Must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 40 years by the last date of giving (2080/9/26).

b) Should have completed 18 years of age and not more than 35 years of age by the last date of application for the post of Assistant (2080/9/26). In the case of female candidates, they should be 18 years old and not more than 40 years old by the last date of application (2080/9/26).

c) There is no age limit for the employees of this bank.

5. Types of Examinations:

a) Advertisement no. 11/2080, advertisement no. 12/2080, advertisement no. 13/2080 and advertisement no. 17/2080 for the post of Pre-Qualifying Examination, Subjective Written Examination and Candidates will be selected through interview.

b) Advertisement no. 14/2080, advertisement no. 15/2080 and advertisement no. 18/2080 candidates will be selected through subject written exam and interview.

c) Candidates will be selected for the post of Advertisement No.16/2080 and 19/2080 through subject wise written exam, practical test, and interviews.

d) Advertisement no. 11/2080, advertisement no. 12/2080 and advertisement no. Written examination for the post of 13/2080 will be conducted through the combined examination system.

e) In the case of posts for which there is a pre-qualification test, only candidates who have passed the pre-qualification test will be included in the subject-specific written exam.

f) Only those candidates who qualify the subject written exam will be called for the interview. But in the case of the post of practical examination, only those candidates who have passed the subject written examination and appeared in the practical examination will be included in the interview.

6. Examination Center and Examination Conduct:

a) Advertisement no. 11/2080, advertisement no. 12/2080 and advertisement no. 13/2080 pre-qualification and subject-wise written examination and advertisement no. 14/2080, advertisement no. 15/2080, advertisement no. 16/2080, advertisement no. 18/2080 and advertisement no. 19/2080 subject written examination conducted by the Public Service Commission in Kathmandu.

b) Advertisement no. 17/2080 post-pre-qualification and subject-wise written examination by Public Service Commission Dhankuta, Jaleshwar, Kathmandu, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet, and Dipayal offices It will be operated from the designated location.

c) Advertisement no. 16/2080 and advertisement no. The practical examination of 19/2080 will be conducted by the bank.

d) Interviews for all advertisements will be conducted from the central office of the bank.

7. Syllabus: Syllabus of all the posts is available on the bank's website.

8. Probation period: 6 months for female employees and 1 year for male employees.

9. To receive a pension or not: to receive a pension.

10. Exam fee:

a) Rs.1,000 for any one group for Officer third category. (one thousand rupees) and an additional Rs.400 (four hundred rupees) for participating in each additional group.

b) Rs.500 (Rupees Eight Hundred) for any one group and an additional Rs.300 (Rupees Three Hundred) for participating in each group.

c) The examination fee of applicants who are rejected due to non-compliance will not be refunded.

11. Examination fee submission process: When submitting the application form through electronic means, it should be submitted through ConnectIPS and other payment service providers available on the portal.

12. Posting: The employees who will be appointed as per advertisement 17/2080 will be posted in the provincial offices of the bank. The employees who are appointed according to other advertisements will be posted in the central office or provincial offices according to the requirements of the bank.

13. Date of Contact for Written Examination: Information regarding the written examination will be published later by the Public Service Commission.
