What does an Assistant Chef do?
An Assistant Chef is the second in command in a kitchen, following the Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines. They will employ their culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Assistant Chefs help prepare and design all food and drinks menus. They produce high-quality plates both design and taste-wise for the customers. They ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets the quality standard of their Kitchen.
Required Qualifications:

1-2+ years of experience as an Assistant Chef

Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
-
Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions

Familiar with industry’s best practices
The Salary Ranges from NPR 20,000 to NPR 25,000 for a 10-Hour Shift from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM!
