Job Station: Corporate Office, Kathmandu
 

Minimum Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a Related Field is preferred.
 

Minimum Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a related field, preferably in Cement Industries.

 

Responsibilities and Required Skills :

  • Lead the provincial or district sales manager and develop sales operation plans with the approval of the national sales manager.
  • Responsible for achieving client or activation targets of their specified region.
  • Create awareness of the products, conduct training and seminars for clients and sales team.
  • Formulate all sales policies, practices, and procedures as per the company policies and norms.
  • Evaluate market sales trends and gather competitors’ information and identify sales trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
  • Proficient in basic accounting. detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, ability to work under stress and resolve conflict, sound organizational skills & ability to motivate staff and lead a team.
