Job Description:
- Prepare the monthly, weekly sales plans & programs for the respective sales zone in close coordination with brand and high end sales team
- Develop robust plan to drive overall market share of the territory · Prepare distribution and manpower planning for respective zone taking into consideration volume, geography and outlets covered.
- Prepare tour plan for the month
- Maintain Distributor Floor Stock and Inventory management
- Credit Management of Distributors
- Monitor distributor KPI/ coverage plan effectiveness
- Identify new avenue for growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Masters running in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience of 5 years in related field.
- Must be willing to travel anywhere.Can be placed anywhere in Nepal
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
