Archiplan-SBT Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for Architects to work in Large-scale Landmark Projects - 5 Star and Boutique Hotels, Mixed-Use Projects, Apartment, Township Development Project, etc.
- Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development with the team.
- Consult with consultants and coordinate with clients.
- Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures.
- Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
- Work with a team to produce construction drawings.
Other Specification
- 2-5 years (or more) work experience.
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
