The main objective of this study will be to:

• Analyze existing situation and capacity of LEECS in terms of structures, department, functions and human resources at all levels.
• Develop strategy to fulfil the identified gap after analysis.

Qualifications & Competencies required:

• At least 3 past experience of organization’s capacity assessment, reforms, structural development plan or related in last five years.
• Master’s degree in organization management and Secretarial Practice or relevant work from recognized academic institutions. Preferable with experience of health care/Hospital working system.
