Job Description:

• Counseling and briefing the customers about our services on the phone
• Help and coordinate with the marketing team
• Complete the given telemarketing target on monthly basis
• Handling multiple telephone lines in timely and pleasant manner
• Candidate should have solid English language communication skills

Note: 

• Prior experience in a call center will be highly preferred
• Night Shift (8:00 pm to 4 am)
• Salary Package : Fixed Salary + Incentives
• NIGHT SHIFT (since we are an American organisation, we work during the american hours, that happens to be night hours in Nepal).
