Job Description
- Provide quality service to passengers during check-in, boarding, special services, lounges and baggage services as per Airline’s commercial and safety standards
- Smooth and proper co-ordination with GHA and other airport authorities for smooth operations
- Assist and report the management on regular basis as per the policy
- Ensuring seamless work operation at Airport
- Represent GSA and ensure its image and credibility is maintained at all times
- Fully acquainted with regulatory compliances and ensure it is fulfilled at all times
- Capable of managing complex situation
- Strong communicating and public relation skill
- Capable of leading diverse team
- Capable of timely solving complains.
