Other Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional education in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in ticketing, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation and ticketing systems. Knowledge of GDS is preferable
- Knowledge of travel regulations and industry standards is a plus.
Job Description:
- Handle inquiries and reservations from customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and WhatsApp/Viber
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, pricing, and booking options.
- Process ticket reservations, cancellations, and date changes efficiently and accurately.
- Make cold or warm calls to potential customers to drive sales
- Make follow-ups religiously to focus in sales conversion.
