Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination with government counterparts for training, orientation, workshops
- Support in training planning, organizing, facilitation and settlement of training expenses.
- Documentation of program activities which includes note taking, report writing and compiling the information.
- Support to prepare terms of reference (ToR)/Scope of Work (SoW), memos, letters, and other documents as per the requirements of the program and other support functions.
- Support technical monitor to SoW, hiring of consultant/s.
- Coordinate with consultants and support in preparing travel related documents.
- Track consultants time sheet and trip report and follow for timely submission and obtain approval of technical monitor before forwarding to human resource (HR) for the payment process.
- Support to organize trainings and coordinate for logistics arrangement.
- Facilitate/draft the event (workshop/training) reports and ensure timely settlement of the event expense or program advance.
- Support as required for program management support tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, public health or relevant subject.
- Experience in program management and administrative support.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and management, and problem-solving skills.
